When joining Wildfit I was at a healthy weight with a fairly athletic build. I just wanted to find out more about nutrition, lean out a bit, and try the program out of simple curiosity to learn more. My wife on the other hand had twenty pounds she wanted to release so she could get that sweet vacation bod! What we both received after joining this program was so much more than a little learning and weight loss. My wife may not have hit her 20 pounds but she got dangerously close clocking in at over 15 pounds lost. Though she was 5 pounds shy of her goal she lost an incredible amount of inches off her body! She now has the tools to continue to release weight and grow healthy tissue in its place. If that transformation isn’t enough she told me that she now rarely deals with constant low energy, mood crippling anxiety, and severe bouts of fibromyalgia.
For me this program was amazing. I leaned out as I had set out to do, but that’s the least of what I got. Wildfit gave me the tools to have a better inner dialogue with myself. I began to consciously ask myself why I ate the things I did and that process transcended into other everyday decisions.
Wildfit isn’t a fad or boomerang diet it is the jumping board to a new lifestyle pure and simple. Wildfit challenges you to observe the world around you and what it is you’re truly putting on your plate and in your body.
Not only has my diet dramatically changed, but my alcohol consumption has dropped drastically. I went from binge drinking almost every weekend to maybe a couple of drinks a week if even that. Now instead of feeling groggy or possibly even hungover I feel energized every morning.
