"I used to be a smoker for 22 years ago and it only occurred to me now that their was no addiction and only habit"

[Relationship with food like prior to WildFit]
I was paying attention to my food; avoiding added sugar and processed foods, having whole grains (avoiding wheat), fresh cooked food and green and fruit smoothies and eating with a great variety of foods. So I did had a mindset for a healthy relationship with food in general.
The idea of finding out what I could do more to live a long healthy life and by that contributing to a healthy planet. I particularly like the food revolution idea! So learning more on how to install it in my proper life to be a good example to the people around me.
Becoming fully aware of my dialogue and getting more insight on the food-timeline. The importance of seasons in the weight loss process was something I didn't know. The impact of caffeine really struck me, to the point that I have put coffee below the don't line. I used to be smoker 22 years ago and it only occurred to me now that their was no addiction and only habit, which I had felt when quitting though only saw confirmed by Eric.
Sleep quality is a very big result! I lost my belly which I had not been able to lose ever. My waist is almost again like when I was 18 (52 now). Joehoe… I almost fit again in my wedding dress :-). I lost 7,7 kg and 60 cm. I would like to lose some 5 to 6 kg more and am very motivated to do so, seen the already achieved results.
