"I joined initially to support my husband with weight loss but found it immensely valuable for me as well"

I considered that I ate pretty healthy - no pizza, fast food, small amount of dairy and wheat. However I discovered that I was unaware of how much sugar I was consuming through condiments and other processed food. I have eliminated all this from my kitchen. I am also fortunate to be a member of an organic farm and have greatly increased the quantity and variety of vegetables I am eating. I am educated and equipped to make healthy food choices without being plagued by cravings.
