"I sleep so much better, I have energy to play with my children"

I had struggled with weight issues since I was a young teen, I remember going through school being called fat, having overweight parents and being bullied to the point “being a fat person” was part of the fibre of my being. I thought I would never change.
I had tried every diet, exercise, class or trainers. At best I would be able to keep weight off for two months before ending up heavier than when I started.
Almost manic binge eating sugar and dairy. I had daily headaches, my wife knew me as someone who just ‘vomited a lot’ (this seems an insane statement looking back’
I had left my work as a psychotherapist to launch a coaching business when my first son was born and joined Mindvalley to deepen my methodology toolbox.
During lockdown my wife gave birth to our amazing boy girl twins. I knew I needed to try and change as I was over 20 stone (280 lbs) so I saw a video for wildfit and loved the idea of it. (Also I had seen many of Eric’s videos before)
The main things I would say about this course is unlike ANYTHING else (and the two reasons it is the only course to EVER create real change for me) are:
1. it starts exploring the mental side of eating, i started knowing why i eat and what to look out for. that was huge for me.
2. it encouraged the message it was more important to get lots of good stuff in than cut stuff out! i found the second week of eating 'normally' tortuous and even got mad when Eric kept saying we are not removing anything again but this worked so well.
In life now I live at 231 pounds, I show up to my life more confident, I enjoy my food so much more, I sleep so much better, I have energy to play with my children and a big one for me I can look in the mirror and feel pride instead of disgust for the first time.
I would recommend this to anyone, especially those who say I’ve tried everything, I promise you haven’t. It’s like dating, I dated the wrong person constantly until I found the right one.
