"I released 16 lbs. and 13.25 inches at nearly 52 years old"

One of the best decisions of my life
I struggled with extra weight my entire life and hit a high of 250 lbs. in my early 20s. I made many lifestyle changes through the years and managed to lose and maintain a weight loss of about 80 lbs., but as I approached menopause, I gained some weight back. I couldn’t release it no matter what I tried, and once the pandemic hit, I gave up caring. Eventually, I grew unhappy with how I looked and felt and searched online for answers. That’s when I found the WildFit 90-Day Challenge. It was my last hope.
Joining the challenge was one of the best decisions of my life. At first, I questioned my sanity in doing the challenge over the holidays, but I committed to the program and my long-term health. I released 16 lbs. and 13.25 inches, and at nearly 52 years old, I’m on my way to reaching my goals thanks to the information and tools the program provides.
Over three months, I changed my relationship with food without calorie counting or feeling restricted and without strenuous exercise. I learned that even some healthy foods are not good for me if they cause inflammation in my body. I also realized I was addicted to caffeine and am highly sensitive to starchy carbs and fruit. My digestive issues have improved, my frequent headaches are gone, I sleep better, and I can focus and think clearly at work. I feel empowered and know these positive changes filter into every area of my life.
I recommend this challenge to anyone who wants to improve their health and vitality. It’s not easy, but the work you put in will pay off in ways you can only imagine. The coaches and tribe will support you every step of the way so you’ll never be alone. If you feel powerless over your health, please know you can take control with the WildFit challenge. Aren’t you worth it?
