"I released 20 pounds and 22 inches"

In 2003 I had a clinical depression and started to take antidepressants. 18 years later I had put on 34 pounds mostly due to bad eating habits. At the end of my quest I released 20 pounds and 22 inches. And I now have the tools and the knowledge to continue to live WildFit to achive my weight goal. I feel great; 20 years younger, I have more energy, I sleep better, I enjoy going on walks and I feel more alive. I feel more optimist about my future (going into retirement next year). A new chapter has begon!!
