"I am much more aware of my behaviour based on stimulus response"

Before this program, I ate for feeling being loved. During the program, I noticed that there were many other things I could do to feel loved. Also breathing helped and drinking water made it easy. I bought better stuff and I sticked to the special tricks and hacks from Eric. The things I like eating have changed. After this program, I am much more aware of my behaviour based on stimulus response, also in other areas of my life. Also, I feel so mihc more powerful.
