"I “released” 14 lbs during the challenge"

I never liked my body throughout my life. I avoided taking pictures because didn’t like the way I looked and normally hid my body in long, loose clothes. I have also dine many programs to ‘lose weight’, and gained it back later.

When I started Wildfit, I was in good health but unhappy with my body. For the first before starting a program I told myself, “wouldn’t it be nice if you could wear shorts and feel great about your body?” It was an interesting shift, it was no longer about the weight, it was about a feeling, not tied to a number. I “released” 14 lbs during the challenge. Yes, a mental shift from losing yo releasing. Letting go of something that no longer served me.
The journey continues and I plan to release more.
Thank you Wildfit coaches for shining the light ?❤️
