"The method is like no other"

My name is Sandra, before having my two kids I was very thin and athletic. I was that girl that could eat not so good food, drink sugary alcohol cocktails and not put on a pound. I had all those false beliefs about milk & grains, exercises compensate for «  cheating » or binging on food and mostly that the food -and pharmaceutical-industries had my back. 

After my pregnancies, I gained weight gradually and started to fall înto the spiral of dieting... although I worked out minimum 4 hours a week, if I did not go on a «  strict diet » I couldn’t shed the pounds. In 2016 I have been at my highest 181 pounds for a 5’4 tall women. I was beyond shocked I undergone that super restrictive diet and after 6 months I’d lost ( yes lost because 3 years later I found them back with a bonus !!!) 30 pounds and had achieved for the first time in 15 years my ideal weight... it lasted 2 years and by January 2020 I weighed a whopping 188 pounds. 

I undergone for the last 15 years at least 4 diet plans and honestly I was fed up of sacrificing things , taking pills, jingling with foods, longs exercises workouts (that I love ) but for small and quick gains that did not last. 

I was doing something wrong somewhere. Watching Eric ‘s masterclass on Mindvalley gave me hope and the reason I enrolled in this Quest was to learn something different regarding food and change the mindset I had towards food for all those years. I wanted to eat healthier. I wanted to look younger and better. 

The method is like no other and I appreciated how gradually we stepped into the different seasons , but most of all , I appreciated how Eric and the coaches TAUGHT US in cristal clear and understandable language and theories why those foods were good for us and that we could still enjoyed a real meal that did not have tons of sugar, grease, cow milk and additives. 

I never thought I could drink 2 liters of water a day -not juices, sodas or liquids -just water and be asking for more. I never thought I could overcome my daily sugar cravings and go on a 4 weeks streaks not having fruits , cereals , coffee, alcohol or dairies. I never thought I could drink a tea without honey but with a stick of cinnamon and have a green raw UNSWEETENED smoothie called “ alkagizer prime” as breakfast and throughout the day and actually enjoy it. 

I never thought I could be cooking exclusively from scratch a wonderfully satisfying and savory meal without adding any canned product in it. 

I never thought I could finish this quest, confined home, in the trouble covid19 times were experiencing right now. But I did and I am proud of me, of my tribe and for trusting Eric & the coaches along the way. 

I have released 14 pounds, a couple of inches almost everywhere, reduced by 75% my knee and lower back pains, stopped taking my daily supplements because I feel great. I still have a couple of pounds to release but now I have the tools and the right mindset to achieve it. This is how great and genuine this program is and I am proud to be a part of it.
