I started out with Lifebook back in Jan 2020 and I am so happy I did - it helped me get so much clearer and focussed and aligned which continues to inform my daily choices and lifestyle and focus. 
From that, I knew one of my key goals was to shed a load of weight and get in shape physically. I would never ever have ordinarily invested in such expensive programmes, especially the cost of WildFit was almost prohibitive for me but then the exchange rate improved and I could just make it - I was compelled by my Lifebook vision and it was a case of having integrity with myself to take the financial plunge and commit to it. 

Wow! what an epic programme. Having Eric in my life each day (what totally adorable honey - I LOVE him!!!) coaching me psychologically, practically, emotionally and biologically for 3 months has been a game-changer. 

I have never experienced a body changing approach that worked so effectively, thoroughly and wholeheartedly. I am now hoping to build on the 14kg loss (2 stone and 4 lbs) with taking the Longevity program and then 10x when it comes out. 
So eventually, one day, when I read the line in my Lifebook Vision "I feel youthful, vibrantly healthy and am in the best shape I've ever been in my life" - it will be totally true!!
