"By the 13th week, I lost 16.5 kg and lots of inches all over, and I felt fantastic"

Before this program, I was an emotional over-eater and what that basically involved was that if I had stressful situations creep up, or even if I thought negatively about my future I would go to the cupboard and either eat cereal, cake, ice cream, chips, etc.

Sometimes I would get pizza and a bottle of red wine after a hard day of work and vent to my husband as I downed my food and drink. I had never stuck to anything before. I exercised from time to time and I was a walker. I would watch what I would eat at some times and others not so much.

I was 107kg and I found it hard to motivate myself to cook, clean, play with my dogs, or to really do anything much so I was basically working and coming home to cook and sit in front of the tv, eating. I will also say that I just did not know what to eat. I did not know what would make a difference.

Taking on the program was a big leap for me. Spending money of any kind is a huge thought process but when it came right down to it, I knew I had to take that leap of faith and commit myself to the program. I did do a video of my why.

By the 13th week, I lost 16.5 kg and lots of inches all over, and I felt fantastic.

I learnt about the human diet and I stuck it out the whole way. My husband was pretty impressed that I had stuck to it.

The bonus of having done the program is that now I look forward to cooking. I spend time putting it together and the results are always fabulous.
As I write my story here I have not actually written down how I am proceeding with living Wildfit but I have joined the Facebook tribes for living wildfit and am still in touch with the Facebook group of the people who came together every Tuesday at noon with Kerry.

I am excited to say that I am eating more consciously than I have ever and WildFit was an eye-opener. I have never eaten so healthily in my whole life and to have introduced wild fish into our diet as well as green leafy vegetables, and to know how to cook them, is splendid.
As I move forward living wildfit I am going to do so a day at a time and listen to my body and what it needs. I am finding that I have so much energy and I love water and Brussel sprouts. I love walking and my sleep has improved dramatically.

My Crohn's symptoms went completely away during Wildfit and although they came back again in the last week that was because I made a conscious choice to eat food from the summer menu that, as I have found out, doesn't agree with me.
I am basically going to be in spring most of the time, at least until I let go of more weight, but the weekends will see me going into winter (as it is currently winter here). It's funny but I don't eat crap and if I am out somewhere I don't want what is on offer. So I plan ahead and it is really wonderful.

I will never regret having taken part in this program. I would recommend it to anyone. The clarity in my mind is absolutely wonderful and so I believe that my angels are walking hand in hand toward the sunset now looking forward to healthy eating forevermore.
So thanks Wildfit. Thank you, Eric.
