“I planned to drop 5 kg but instead I got off 12.5 kg”

At the beginning I was shocked because as I had been living in the countryside all my life, I always thought that dairy products (especially milk) were very good for health. The most fun I had during this programme was with alkagizers. I used radish leaves, nettles and all sorts of different greens I never thought could be eaten. [...]
Moreover, as I had lost so much weight, I no longer could fit in any of my formal pants, so I don't have anything to wear to my son's high school graduation. Despite all, this programme has changed and shaped me from both outside and inside. My vision seems to be clearer now even though my eyesight hasn't disappointed me yet. And I am very thankful for that.
