"I'm surprised at how easy it has been and look forward to continuing the journey"

At some point last year, after some months in lockdown and feeling I needed a reboost, I received some craneo-sacral therapy and got the clear message that it was time to let go of the weight I've been carrying around since I stopped breastfeeding my younger daughter... which was 5 years ago!

It took me another 6 months to do something about it and as I was getting started, I found WildFit and it seemed like the best program to actually help me make a lifestyle change.

Now, 90 days later, I feel empowered to continue with this new way of living. Being able to decide when and what to eat for my health and longevity is truly a gift. I'm surprised at how easy it has been and look forward to continuing the journey... I hope when I reach 50 to be in the best health of my life!!!
