"I never liked being Medium in anything apart from my new shirts that used to be Large!"

[Relationship with food like prior to WildFit]
Before WildFit, food was not something I ever thought of as having a relationship with. I was always a skinny kid growing up and weight was never something I had to worry about. Growing up I never liked the taste of vegetables or natural foods. I always favoured fried foods plus I had a sweet tooth. As I was always quite active I never gained weight and thought I could eat what I liked when I liked.

For the past ten years my physical activity has been less and less every year. My weight has been steadily creaping up to a point where I knew I needed to do something about it. I had been doing some training at different periods and it felt good but It was very frustrating not seeing any physical change or noticing any measurable results. After a health check and seeing my results in print showing me as 'Over Weight' and with a metabolic age far more than my actual age, that was the wake up call I needed to take action and start my Wildfit quest.
  • My realisation how important it is to eat consciously. Observing my food dialogue and understanding it with my food time line.
  • My constant learning of personal development gave me a better understanding of the psycology of why we crave certain foods and when you get that, it all makes sense why I make certain food decisions.
  • The eye opening on how the food industy have been manipulating us with their propaganda and lies.
  • The dairy delusion.
  • Sugar sweet deceit that is killing us with every bite!
  • Thank you Eric for pulling back the curtain on so many things that the food industry and big pharma don't want us to know. An ounce of prevention is better than a ton of cure.
