"I received incredible news from my doctor: my blood work—taken just the day before—showed powerful improvements across the board"

For over 22 years, I struggled—deeply and silently—with sugar management and my weight. It was a constant battle that left me drained, frustrated, and often disconnected from the person I knew I could be.
Then came WildFit.
Through this transformative program, I reclaimed control over my body, my habits, and most importantly—my life. I lost 27 pounds, dropped 3.5 points in BMI, and shed 20.5 pounds of body fat. I began this journey at 174 pounds, and today, I proudly stand at 147 pounds. My fat-free body mass went from 115.7 lbs to 95.2 lbs, showing a remarkable shift in body composition.
But those numbers only tell part of the story.
The real transformation happened within.
On June 20, I joined the WildFit “graduation call,” a moment I’ll never forget. Just two hours later, I received incredible news from my doctor: my blood work—taken just the day before—showed powerful improvements across the board. In that moment, I felt an energy surge through me, a feeling of vitality and clarity I hadn’t known in decades. It was as if life itself had returned to me.
The eyes in the photo I took that day tell the whole story: empowerment, pure joy, and a newfound hunger for life—not the kind I used to battle daily, but the kind that fuels dreams, purpose, and possibility.
This is not just about weight loss. It’s about freedom. It's about breaking cycles that held me back for more than two decades. And it’s about proving to myself that change is possible, no matter how long you’ve been stuck.
To the incredible WildFit team—thank you. You didn’t just help me lose weight. You helped me nail it, and now, I’m standing tall, fully alive, and ready to conquer the world.
This is my story. And if you’re ready—it could be yours, too.

"I can use the information gained to simply adapt my eating patterns as required to cope with my needs as they arise"

When I started this quest, I thought I knew a bit about nutrition and I had been following what I thought was a healthy diet. Weight was never a problem but I never had much energy. (Chronic fatigue was an issue some 20 years ago) What drew me in to the quest was Vishen saying he had had...
