"I knew I could do better and wanted to regain some of the energy I used to have and drop a bit of weight"

Even though I've been living a fairly healthy lifestyle, at least compared to most people, I knew I could do better and wanted to regain some of the energy I used to have and drop a bit of weight. After going through the WildFit challenge I feel that I have a pretty good grip on what I need to do and how to keep getting healthier going forward. I never thought I'd be eating so many greens, but now meals seem incomplete without them. I appreciate all the coaching calls, recipe tips and of course Eric's explanations of what we're trying to do in this lifestyle. It's interesting to hear the various challenges others have and how they might relate to my own struggles.
