I began in 2016 with Mindvalley and am so grateful to find a like-minded community, so many high quality speakers and a superb platform! I am a very spiritual person living in a small conservative town taking care of my two parents next door with dementia and other health issues. I do feel very stuck at times when I let it all get to me, but fortunately I am able to use my all access pass to continue to learn, grow and keep finding ways to thrive with at least one active quest at all times! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and had been doing mental health counseling for 20 years.
Now due to technology and online learning, I can do more and help people worldwide while I stay at home to care for my parents! I have started my own website this year and intend to help caregivers and other care providers now, which is exciting. I have turned my life around, due in large part to the awesome, inspiring quests, Vishen's vision, and then....WildFit!
I have released 75 pounds and feel healthier inside and out now, which is amazing and I am VERY proud of myself for. Thank you all at Mindvalley, and please know what a huge difference you are making all over the world as a lifeline to spiritual growth and fulfillment!
