After taking this Quest I feel connected to my body, like I am living IN my body now and participating in my life from the inside out. I feel so much better physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to learn more about what Eric was teaching about what foods the human body really needs and over riding the desires I have to reach for “non functional foods”.
What I was hoping to achieve/learn was how to deal with my instincts to eat my way out of feelings and to cut loose from the cycle of poor eating/exercise habits and gain some dominion over myself and my body. This has happened!
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is they reveal the changes slowly and by the time it comes, I was willing to do it. It makes perfect sense. It is possible to radically change my eating habits and let go of foods that used to control me.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is: So far I've lost 15 lbs and my fat percentage has gone down, and I know how to lose more! I feel like I have “control” over myself and my urges to overeat.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are. I love to move my body (I didn’t used to). I love a variety of vegetables. I do not require dairy, sugar, or wheat.
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are: My skin is clear and smooth. I have a desire to feed myself the best nutrients. I love who and what I am and the body I am in!
