"I get feedback from people, they see the difference"

On April 18, 2021, we’ve been in the 3rd lockdown in Vienna, Austria. All gyms were locked for over a year, and my eating habits were a mess. Paired with almost no sports, I reached the magic limit: 100kg. That was when I took photos and videos, and the next day I started WildFit. 

WildFit is about correct food choices, which make your body better nutrition, healthier, fitter - and automatically lose fat as a side effect.

What you can’t see on the video, is the difference in health: my beard is less grey again, my joint and back pains are gone, I sleep 1-2h less per day, easier movement, clearer thinking, do not get tired, feeling much happier and confident. I get feedback from people, they see the difference. 

The most important about WildFit: it’s psychological support. You learn to know and feel your body, understand the foods you need, and you do not WANT to eat the way you did before. That way, you get long-term results!

 Imagine how I changed in only 90 days - how will that be in 90 more days, or in a year? I might even look as good as Vishen ;-)
