What you can’t see on the video, is the difference in health: my beard is less grey again, my joint and back pains are gone, I sleep 1-2h less per day, easier movement, clearer thinking, do not get tired, feeling much happier and confident. I get feedback from people, they see the difference.
The most important about WildFit: it’s psychological support. You learn to know and feel your body, understand the foods you need, and you do not WANT to eat the way you did before. That way, you get long-term results!
