"I have lost 22 pounds...3 under what my goal was"

Well, what a ride...first time EVER in my life..just think about...NO dairy and NO grain bread in a whole day let alone in almost 90 days!!!!

How do I feel? Absolutely freaking wonderful!!!!

I have lost 22 pounds...3 under what my goal was. I am beginning some online chair yoga classes..I have discovered fennel and cilantro. I toss all sorts of greens into a stir fry with some curry powder and still search for new dishes every day that are free from dairy or grains.....tons of suggestions out there????

My goal? To feel healthy and fit when I have my 75th birthday in September....bring it on!!!!
This has been the happiest wake-up call and an education that was way overdue!

Thank you Eric and all those who were there for support when and if needed. The favorite drink of the day after herbal tea is an ice cold ,sugar free electrolyte drink. So, cheers and continued successes with Wildfit! Keep well .....lots of love..Susie
