I was eating ALL THE TIME (I always had to have food with me). My mother has irritable bowel syndrome and is diabetic. I didn’t want to end up with that.
I had severe "keto flu" symptoms in the first week of Deep Spring (they don’t really tell you about it, but if you can, maybe taking the 6th week off, at work, could be a good idea). And it took me a lot of time to flip my switch to fat-burning mode. Yet I kept going and I was super complient.
In the end, I had shed 11.5 pounds. It was far less than my ambitious 29-pound goal, but my overall health had improved a lot. Especially my digestion and blood sugar levels.
My energy is much more stable and I’m not always hungry anymore. I also got rid of my chocolate addiction (I actually think it tastes like sh*t now, if you can believe it!).
And my skin is ridiculously soft!
Reminder: although people talk about Wildfit as a weight-loss program, it’s first and foremost a food freedom program. With lots of health benefits. Weight loss comes after. Also, come prepared. This is NOT easy. It think it is, however, a good investment of time, effort and money, as Wildfit allowed me to make durable changes to my diet and to improve my general health and well-being.
