WILDFIT

"I felt 100% supported every step of the way and now have the tools to continue Wildfit as a lifestyle"

Before I started Wildfit, I was very ashamed of my body. Due to past traumas, I also used my weight as a protection to keep others away and avoid getting hurt. I also used food as a way to stuff emotions down and avoid dealing with any uncomfortable thoughts or emotions.
I joined Wildfit with the hopes of releasing lots of excess weight so I could once again feel comfortable and confident when around others. However, I came away with so much more.
The areas I've noticed where the biggest changes occurred are: 1) During the 90-day challenge, I released 40 lbs and 28 inches overall which is wonderful. 2) For the very first time, probably ever in my life, I feel like I am finally in control of food versus food controlling me. 3) I improved my health as previous blood tests that were higher than normal for the liver and inflammation were now in the normal range and I lowered my A1c to where I was no longer prediabetic.
But the most exciting change for me was by no longer using food to stuff down difficult thoughts and emotions, I was able to open up space to finally start processing them. I became more present and aware of what was going on inside of me and I have learned much about myself. I no longer need my weight to protect me because I have opened up to the awareness of who I truly am and can choose to face whatever arises instead of suffering from it by keeping it stuffed down.
I would recommend Wildfit to anyone who wants to take a journey of healing the body, self discovery, and freedom. I felt 100% supported every step of the way and now have the tools to continue Wildfit as a lifestyle. I cannot express enough gratitude to Eric Edmeades for his amazing guidance and humor along the way which was so helpful, and all the wonderful coaches who provided encouragement and exhibited such positive mindsets, and to Mindvalley for providing access to such a great course full of much learning.
