"What WildFit and Cancer have in common"

WHAT WILDFIT AND CANCER HAVE IN COMMON!!
If I hadn't got cancer i wouldn't be as fit and healthy as I am right now.
That may sound a bit odd but let me explain.
3 years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Yes, I know, 'OUCH' right?
The good news was, I suddenly became super motivated to change things. Not that
i was not living a relatively healthy life... 'COMPARED TO MOST PEOPLE AROUND ME"
Compared to most i was pretty darn healthy.
But you know the story of slowly boiling a toad where, if a toad starts in cool water and you put on a very low heat, the toad won't realise he is being cooked until its too late. That was me... 1 piece of chocolate a week became once per day, and it went on and on until i was justifying everything that went into my mouth, as OKAY.
Cancer immediately, I mean INSTANTLY changed that. My wife (even I) was shocked at my so called will power change. Well since listening to Eric and UNDERSTANDING how it all works, i now know "IT WAs NOT WILL POWER. It was a life/death realization, I had zero choice, a natural health 'hack', if you like.
I thank GOD for my cancer EVERYDAY, since my successful operation. Yes the op got rid of it 100%.

Years ago i was a nutritionist of sorts much of what Eric says about nutrition i already understood.
As a non-qualified nutritionist working with a Clinically studied supplement i read books about the evil of food manufacturers... BUT after a losing battle about the whole conversation on food and ALL THE DIFFERENT AND CHANGING "evidence". You know, one day something is great for you and the next month it's the worst thing for you..  Eventually I JUST GAVE UP.

This is what WildFit did for me:
1. Removed my constant and annoying (to both myself and my wife), 'clearing of throat' for hours after breakfast. Eliminating dairy, helped clear up this and my sinus issues.
 Now i can really B R E A T H!

2. After my cancer treatment one of the side effects due to removal of 2 major lymph nodes was leg and groin lymphoedema.
Before WildFit I needed to wear compression stockings EVERYDAY to stop my legs from excessive bloating - GONE!!!!
I am not kidding 60 days in, i realised my legs were almost back to normal!!.
When i tell the nurse i have a cure lymphoedema, she 'aint gonna believe me, ha ha.

3. A protruding and annoying growth on my back has shriveled and is no longer protruding at all. It is totally flush with my skin surface.

4. My content writing has, all of a sudden become a lot more creative... I even had amazing vivid vision on my first book!!! Alleluia.

5. Abundant energy. I now have more hours in the day for activity instead of mini naps throughout the day and having that lethargic feeling. GONE!

6. I lost 10Kg and although i wasn't too bad COMPARED WITH those around me i was technically over weight. Now i am at my fighting fit weight!!

Why is Wildfit like the time i had cancer?
I feel so healthy i am 100% certain that with ZERO will power i can live the best wildfit life BECAUSE just like when i had cancer, i have NO choice.
I either do it or i die from the alternative.

Not only does the 'feel' of being this healthy 'taste' so much better than anything i can put in my mouth but just knowing i am very highly likely NOT to have a major illness is enough of an incentive for me. Just like when i had cancer, 'will power' is just not part of the equation.

I RECOMMEND EVRYONE GET EDUCATED AND TAKE THE WILDFIT CHALLENGE.
(side note: there are a few of Eric's theories on nutrition and of general evolution of why certain foods etc, i very much disagree with BUT the food choices still come out as the best choices so the reasons why, become un-important.
I would LOVE to have a 2 hour conversation with Eric on that. Eric, are you up for the challenge?
