"I feel this program helped me eat in a conscious way"

Before this program I was eating lots of sugar and dairy. My weight was creeping up. At the beginning of this I hurt everywhere, my knees and hands. While I was on this program I traveled and was able to stick to sugar free grain free dairy free, fruit free for 5 days. When I got home I got sick with strep, double ear infection, and cough. I did not have a covid test but I think I had it. It was amazing to be sick, home in isolation by myself and not eating it away. No poor me. I stuck to this program.

I released 13 pounds and 13 inches. I feel this program helped me eat in a conscious way. writing down my rules, addressing the sugar monster and keeping a food dialogue. I think the coaching calls were very helpful and the Facebook support was phenomenal. That support was amazing.. having written my intent and then having hundreds of accountability partners.
