"I feel great and feel like my body is starting to move the way it used to."

I was a lifelong dieter. I've tried many programs in the past. I even managed to stick with them for 3 months or more. I loved food and flavor and always felt like it was a battle.
I wanted to loose weight and I want to be able to look good and wear any clothes I want. My health was decent but I have been starting to feel slower and less agile and I wanted to vibrant and youthful.
I can do this and not feel like I am compromising. I can live like this and still enjoy things and food. I can achieve my goals.
I've lost approx. 23.25" total, 4.25" in my waist and 8.75" in my thighs! Overall I feel great and feel like my body is starting to move the way it used to. I am way more aware of food and whats in it, for good and evil :D
