"My sleep patterns improved, my exercise routine improved"

Before this program, i could not cross the 72kg barrier despite doing regular exercises.

During this program, i started to know the various foods we are eating daily and also what it does to the specific organs.
Stopping certain foods makes the body more energetic and i felt that. Mostly water is a great source which we take lightly and readily available.
Stopping items weekly was great and gave time to the body to adjust.
My sleep patterns improved, my exercise routine improved and i started running longer and faster with less tiredness. The zeal to live happily increased.
I am now at below 67kgs despite going on holidays and having fun and trying the various foods during vacation. I can go in and out of the foods that i want to enjoy and go back to the weight i would like to be at. This has been a wonderful journey and will follow it as a Wildfit life journey. Thanks so much.
