Before WildFit I thought I ate pretty well with only a few bad habits. Boy was I wrong! My sinus headaches are gone, joint pain and inflammation, bone density greatly improved, energy and vitality and a great nights sleep. I feel 30 again (I'm 65) I've lost 25 lbs and 18" and weigh what I weighed in high school.
