I ended up eating healthier, enjoying my food, losing 30 pounds. I've gone from a size 14 to size 8. I manage to get to the gym 3 times a week, work the whole day, take my dog for a walk and still have energy to do some stuff in the evening.  
I have my B12 is normal, my iron is within healthy limits stopped taking supplements to sleep. This program brought me below the obese level into the healthy level
