"My doctor has halved my medication and is talking about stopping it completely if I continue like this"

Before the wildfit challenge I barely had the energy to walk the dog for 20 minutes, (which only happened after 2 cups of coffee) now I'm straight out of bed and off for a 45minute walk before breakfast. I released 10 kilos , 10 cms from my waist and a complete dress size - but the biggest success was reducing the blood Glucose. My HbA1c was 7.6 before wildfit and has gone down to 4.8. My doctor has halved my medication and is talking about stopping it completely if I continue like this. She also wanted to know about wildfit , and took the details so she can look it up herself.
