"I can finally trust myself to make the healthy food decisions I want"

Before this program, I was at a very low point in my life. Every day was an endless loop of getting up, going to work, being stressed to the max, buying dinner, coming home and sitting on my couch. I was the heaviest I had ever been. I had zero energy to do anything. Everything was a chore, even getting up off the couch. Working out was always a negative and daunting task. Making my own food was a negative and daunting task. I had acid re-flux every day, my knees and lower back hurt, I constantly lived in a mind fog. Life had lost all its fun. I had a (psychic) reading done in January of this year, and in the reading she said I was going to change my way of life, but that it would be gradually, and that one day I would look forward to being active again. I had no idea how that was going to happen. Every diet I had been on always came with such a strict exercise routine, I never "looked forward" to it, and ultimately in the end, I always failed. I came across a Mindvalley clip on Eric and WildFit, and from the moment I saw it, I knew he was on to something. PLUS he said there was a way to be healthy without exercise. As someone who didn't want to get off their couch, it sounded like an easier first step than those other programs I had tried (and failed) previously. I signed up, what else was there to lose? What I found was that the program had an approach to nutrition that I had never learned before.

WildFit tackled the psychology of food, what your body actually needs, and how to slowly implement change. It also addressed other important issues, like stress. Now, 3 months later, I'm happy to state that WildFit is the first program I have successfully completed. I'm down 32 lbs, and 22 inches. I don't have acid re-flux anymore. My energy level is through the roof, and my joints no longer hurt. I feel like I've turned back the clock - I feel years younger. I think more clearly, and my stress has been greatly reduced. The psychic was also right. About mid-way through the WildFit journey, I started looking forward to walks. I've gotten back into yoga. I'm going hiking. I'm finally enjoying life again, instead of sitting and watching it pass me by. The most important part, though, is that WildFit has given me life tools. If I fall off my new healthy way of living, I literally jump right back on again. Something has clicked in my brain, and I finally feel free of food. I can finally trust myself to make the healthy food decisions I want. Thank you Eric and the WildFit team, and to Mindvalley. You truly gave me my life back. I'm not sure how much longer my life would've gone without you.
