"I can finally go for a walk with my son and that means the world to me"

Before Wildfit I was struggling with recuperating from giving birth to my son (9 months earlier) and had lots of physical challenges due to Corona.
Since the programme I feel so much better with more energy and already a loss of 5 kilo's. ? I can finally go for a walk with my son and that means the world to me.
At this point I start to feel a bunch of resistance because I find the food extremely boring and can't stop thinking about cookies and chocolate... ?
Last weekend I also completely lost my energy and felt like I crashed after 2 busy weeks. How can I get rid of those cravings? On one hand, I just want some mellow cakes ?‍♀️ and on the other hand I feel like an addict! ? It would be amazing to get your input on this. Thanks so much for everything you do and this beautiful programme!! ??
