Before WildFit I was struggling to find a solution to weight loss, but more critically the ill effects of diabetes. I m 5'9" and weighed in at 284. My blood glucose numbers averaged around 300. My sleep was erratic and at best my eating habit was impulsive. The course created a structure that I did not have the knowledge to create for myself. The work did not expect that I know it all in advance but instead, motivated me to show up and play big ...and just follow the instruction ... so I did. I attended all of the calls, completed all of the work assignments and showed up in the group with total abandon. Yet I was discourage. I was see improvements in important areas ... my blood sugar number began to drop in a significant way, my body felt lighter and cleaner and more responsive to the foods I was eating BUT .. I was not losing any weight ...zip .. zero.
How Could That Be? Like all strong women ... I persisted. I finally did find the last switch that was needed to shift my body into the fat burning mode and weight has started to come off. The course will be over May 1 so I know there will be more gains ..and today ... I am 265 (a 20 lb drop) my blood glucose is in the 100 range and I am totally off all diabetes medications. I have a structure to take with me into my new lifestyle ...
I have always been a bit Wild ... but now I am WildFit.
