Each time I went to the doctors, I was given another pill.
Soon, I was taking anywhere from 7 to 9 pills on a regular basis; each with it's own side effects.
The reason I enrolled in Wildfit was that I didn't know what to do next. I knew medicine was not the way and I was utterly frustrated with doctors! I wanted to learn to care for myself but I knew I needed guidance.
Prior experience reminded me that my way is not always the best way. I went back and forth with deciding if I should spend the money for something I really didn't know much about, but listening to Eric's videos made the difference.
Thanks to Wildfit, the last 90 days have been a season of discovery. From understanding why I eat to understanding what to eat, I've learned so much about myself and what self-care really looks like. This is the primary reason I would recommend Wildfit. It's not a fad diet, it's therapy.
I experienced several epiphanies:
(1) I eat based on how I feel, that includes what I eat and how much I eat;
(2) I eat based on unconscious food rules I created from past hurts and what was familiar; and
(3) food can be preventive medicine.
As a result of taking this 90 day journey, I currently only take 2 medications, I've lost 26lbs., 4 inches off my chest, 4 inches off my mid-section, 3.75 inches off my waist, 3.5 inches off my hips.
My body fat has decreased by 11% and my BMI has dropped significantly. I've noticed the biggest change in my moods and mental health - yeah, Wildfit is not just for losing weight! I'm happier, more spontaneous, have greater mobility and flexibility (I can get up off the floor without assistance, lol), and I sleep well.
I wake up excited about the day instead of dreading my old ritual of trying on several outfits to hide the fat before I found the outfit of least resistance. At 60 years old, I feel better today than I have in the last 5+ years, and I think it shows! Thanks Wildfit!
