I am so overly pleased with the WildFit Challenge and the results I have gained through this challenge. I have learned so much about myself and my relationship to food and how best to nourish and heal my body. I am a different person. My adult daughters are in awe of my results.
I started with the the first weigh-in at 166 pounds and ended at 138 pounds. My BMI went from 31.93 to 25.57. I have lost a total of 21.5 inches from my body. I lost 4 inches in my chest/over and 3 inches under my chest, I lost 2.5 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips, 1 inch off each arm, 1 inch and .5 off my thighs, 1 inch and .5 off my knees and the same for my calfs, ankles are .5 and .25 and shoulders decreased by 2 inches and not sure of my neck but I think it is at least 1 inch as I did not measure that in the beginning.
Thank you so much for presenting this opportunity to me and all the others who have taken the WildFit Challenge. You are in the business of changing lives and this is sure a life changer course.

I absolutely love my transition that WildFit has allowed me. Prior to WildFit, I weighed 168 lbs, (I am 5'2") although I think I was 166 when I started. I lost 25 lbs and 21.5 inches off my body. My BMI went from 31.97 to 25.57 and I think that is huge. I had visited my doctor in March, just prior to the before picture you see attached to my previous email. She put me on blood pressure medicine and cholesterol medicine. She had previously told me I was pre-diabetic, had a fatty liver, had stage 3 kidney disease and that I should lose weight. I have an appointment to visit my doctor again next Friday, 7/28 and I will be getting some blood work done prior to that visit so I will have results to send you after that visit. I can't wait for that checkup.
As a result of WildFit, I now have so much more energy and focus. I am a different person and love getting up in the morning as I have such a better night's sleep. I am now wearing an activity tracker again and I am able to actually see what my sleep patterns are and I love that I am seeing that I now sleep completely through the night without interruption. It was not like that in the past.
I am so glad that I made the investment in the WildFit program. The program is so well designed and so much has been put into it that it actually makes it so easy to follow, adhere to and make permanent changes. Thank you so much for educating me and not just telling me what to eat and what not to eat. Getting into the psychology of why we eat the way we eat and how to make the permanent changes is so different that I have ever experienced. I knew I needed to do the WildFit Challenge for my own sake to get me back to good health. Thank you Eric Edmeades and Team for changing my life and my health. I will be eternally grateful to you.
