"After 57 years I want to meet me and be happy and proud of what I have done"

I just finished the first day of my program. I am excited and a little nervous. Can this be the help I have always searched for? I'm so excited that it looks like it is! But I'm nervous that I will flunk out like I always do when I do diets and exercise programs. I'm feeling good now - my plan is to take baby steps and to follow the program to the letter. I will follow and adhear to all the advice and guidance I get given each day. Having now reached a point of healing following 5 years of struggling with servere depression and other illness, I make a promise to myself that I will give over my fears of failure and TRUST THE PROCESS. My reason for being here is to SHOW UP FOR MYSELF. I'm good at showing up for others (like my personal trainer) because I have an appointment. This time I am making an appointment with myself. I'm going to show up on day 90 and introduce myself to me for the first time in my life. After 57 years I want to meet me and be happy and proud of what I have done.

"I can't say enough about how Wildfit has changed my life"

This process was amazing. I learned where my food triggers came from and how they controlled me so I could stop it. I learned to live without refined sugars, additives and loved the experience. My emotional relationship to food is one that I now control and identify (and stop) the arguing...
