“3 months of the WildFit challenge my body got really lean”
I’m Ernst and I work as a fulltime firefighter. I also own a Gym and do personal training and coaching in the fitness industry.
For as long as I can remember I have been a competitive athlete in a lot of different sports, all the way from cross country skiing to mixed martial arts. Now I do everything from yoga to Obstacle course races. I love the feeling of being in great shape and having the freedom of movement and clarity of mind that comes with good health. A major part of my lifestyle is to help others reach their goals in fitness and health, to see others transform gives me huge amounts of energy.
I joined Wildfit out of curiosity, this is not the first time I join a fitness program but may be my last! For many years I have become more and more interested in diet, not only for myself but for my clients as well. I actually traveled the world for some years to find a good diet concept for myself. I wanted a concept that was more about why to eat a certain way, than just what to eat!
Wild fit is just that! Why and how to eat! My experience was that wild fit helped me to really connect with my body to understand my cravings, and why my body reacted certain ways to certain foods.
In the later stages of the 3 months of the wild fit challenge my body got really lean and the energy I had was amazing! I did two obstacle races and ended top ten in both witch was a big climb from the year before!
For me Wildfit has become a lifestyle, for this is really a lifestyle program! I use the principles from Wild fit every day!
