Before this program, I had severe body issues and insecurities because I’m disabled. After taking this quest, I feel like a new woman. The body positivity helped so much and so did showing not to be afraid of being a woman. Being disabled gives me a lot of insecurities. Her exercises were easy to follow and gave me the movement I needed. I’m motivated to tell others about this quest.
