Duality and Unlocking transcendence changed my life from depression to enjoyment and openness.

Before these quests half a year ago, I was grumpy, filled with judgmental thoughts and overanalysed my negativity; it was a lot of confusion and pain in addition to burnout at work impacting my relationships and life in general.

Thanks to Jeffrey’s trainings, I started to be filled with positive and optimistic energy, learned to appreciate and enjoy my life. It’s much easier to deal with challenges when embracing myself and viewing the world in a hopeful and nonjudgmental way.

It manifested in increased productivity at work which was recognised by my leadership. In addition, my relationships deepened and I became more open to new experiences and opportunities.
