"Doing all the energy and spiritual fitness work though helped me remain myself and not lose the taste for life"

I passed both programs of Jeffrey at a very difficult period of my life. I lost my husband.
 I was unstable, got irritated easily, felt offended and it was hard for me to overcome my feelings. They seemsed to "stick" and remain for long periods.
 Doing all the energy and spiritual fitness work though helped me remain myself and not lose the taste for life. All these techniques really work and one understands how big or small one can be and what great power is hidden in humans. I had hard times with huge growth periods though, but somehow managed to get through and now am thankful first to myself, that I managed to do it, and of course GREAT THANKS to Jeffrey and Mindvalley for providing me with this fantastic opportunity.
 Now I have a better idea of who exactly I am at the moment, what abilities I have, and what I can do to expand my horizon. 
 And the greater benefit - I have noticed one really increased resiliance when dealing with many different people, some of them not very friendly, and different situations. No stuck emotions, no offence :-) ...and "something" always helps me to find the right approach.As Jeffrey used to say, now I am better prepared "to run a marathon" :-)
