It was January 1st, 2020. I am travelling from Southern Ukraine to the Crimea and am listening to the invitation episode to join Jeffrey on Mindvalley. I right way knew and felt I had to dive into his "Duality" programme !!
Then in 2022 Mindvalley granted access to those from Ukraine, Russia and other post-Soviet republics. And I was lucky to start with Teacher Jeffrey. Then time came when I was able to join the subscription 😍 just to finish the "Duality" and start "Transcendence" ! It was a journey and still continues: I have experienced more, than the words can describe. I work now with my emotions, thoughts, patterns in them, and I am changing them for the positive ones. 1 day I remember walking in the morning under the umbrella, catching myself just "being happy" and my mind asking in surprise: "So, just like that? Happiness is just this simple?" I am more content and happy now. And wiser. So, this amazing journey continues.
