I still use lots of the techniques taught in the course daily and I often find myself smiling as I hear Jeffrey's voice saying in my head "just smile and be amused" it makes me smile just writing it!!

Taking this course has really opened up my life to so many more possibilities and brought me a much greater sense of inner confidence.
