I have studied multiple programs on my path and seen how they open up different perspectives to the hologram of Life. I considered myself as a quite aware person, yet me was blown away with the quality of richness that I received. I was in bliss to be handed such a beautyfully structured content. I did find both the tools Jeffrey is sharing and the way he's guiding to use these techniques very enlightening.
Through this journey I've gained knowledge that I'm now practicing with ease and delight and with deepening gentleness in everyday life's up's and down's . I love the feeling of staying connected while not taking things so seriously. I have now better tools to hold my own space for healing. The inner struggle of taking/sharing/giving space did change also by the tools from Jeffreys Duality course.
I LOVE these new tools and structured creative inner space that has grown to be part of me. Flow, Light, Structure, Guidance, Easyness, Laughter, Peace, ... the Beauty in this Life of Energy.

A big thing that got strengthened in me through this activation was the Attitude and Hands on Structure based in care, clarity, amusement and Light. I was so many times moved with gratitude by this opportunity to receive the beauty of these lessons. I still enjoy the gifts activated in my everyday life.
