At the start of the Ultimate Leadership Quest, I dreamed of starting an e-learning platform that provides soft skills and apprenticeship training. I am now clear about how to go about setting the moon shot goals of my dream. I am also clear about engaging with the teams that will develop the content material and platform developers. The success of the e-learning platform will depend on the support from the network of the business leaders. I have learnt how co-elevation will propel the dream into reality.
