"I have decided to recreate myself and be the best I can be for myself"

I have been working in my family's business for over 30 years and in a management position for 15 of those. Because most of our employees are family, I never really considered whether I was a good or bad manager but recently I have come to realize that it doesn't matter who your managing, you should still strive to be the most effective you can be. So, having come across this program, I have decided to recreate myself and be the best I can be for myself, my company, my family and our customers.
