I am a freelancer consultant for companies in the behavioral area, I have been working for more than 20 years in the area of training leaders in Portugal.
I joined this training inspired by the presentation of the "Ultimate Leadership" quest, the concept of (re)contract and Keith Ferrazzi's humility posture, with which I identify myself.
After the training was finished, I was fascinated by the co-elevation movement, by the instruments to get there and I was happy to understand that I have and "teach" the necessary attitude to lead without authority (empathy and appreciation of the Other).
It helped me to understand the importance of "teaming out", which has been my "Achilles' heel" throughout my journey.
I finish the training with a strong desire to join Keith Ferrazzi's co-elevation movement. Congratulations for being the example.
