I'm fortunate enough to work in a field I'm passionate about and since becoming a manager and leader two years ago, I've learned to appreciate the huge challenge that is becoming a truly inspiring and productive leader. I've wanted to undertake formal leadership training for some time so was excited to see Keith offer a quest on leadership.
I already know how much of an inspiring 'networker' he can be and have heard him talk about 'co-elevation' previously but this course has taken everything to the next level for me. His concrete principles and actions are exactly what I needed and I've already implemented them within my small team with success.
We've talked about being vulnerable and have started to celebrate each other's achievements and it's really raised morale. I'm most excited for our 'moonshot' and what the future will hold for us and I'm so grateful for having access to Keith's knowledge going forward.
