This program has opened my eyes to a whole new level of Leadership, where the old ways of leading through authority and power give way to a more open, humane and inspiring style, fully adapted to our modern society.
In this program, we learn several tools that will not only upgrade our skills as a leader, but most important of all, will allow us to help others upgrade theirs, creating a true co-elevating spirit in the team.
Moreover, we learn a lot with the author's experience in the field, with case studies, stories, failures and results. I feel I am more prepared than ever to work in a team and foster a co-elevation space for everyone.
This quest is excellent for everyone who aims to improve their leadership skills and of those around them.
