I am transitioning with gratitude for the opportunity to serve in this capacity, to walk alongside the community in this significant change, and to support collective capacity to be built and sustained.
What I recognize is that many of the institutional systems I worked with or that influence the collective community outcomes, are driven by command and control management styles compared to being grounded in collaborative or connective leadership/integrated management values.
My desire is to reconcile this experience in a manner that I can grow from as a transformative leader and to continue to foster, support and influence transformative change in the community-centred and human-design work that I am now continuing to do as an independent consultant and as a person, who is committed to be a life-long learner.
