Before starting this program I had a pretty low confidence in myself. I love Paul’s exercises and tips. As soon as I started listening to the first meditation I felt immediately relieved. I felt confident. I felt positive about my goals. Now I have clear pictures that I can focus on to keep building my confidence and make my big goal happen! So glad I found Mindvalley. One of my best investments so far!
