I wanted to start this quest to feel confident to start my journey in Mindvalley. This was my very first quest here! I enjoyed especially the hypnotic trance to develope self-confidence.
My biggest challenge has been to believe I could learn something new and that I could someday master talents that I still dream about today. In the hypnotic trance there was this part where Paul said that since the beginning of your life, you have learnt everything from the scratch, even walking, talking or riding a bicycle. That part especially and hypnotic trance meditation in total gave me strenght to believe I can learn amazing things, just step by step like when I was a child.
I also enjoyed all the tiny tasks to embody: to walk straight, to laugh, to look myself in the mirror with loving eyes. These new ways of embodiment were really useful and easy way of changing my state of being.
